Next on the Nazi Chopping Block: Jovi Val

He got arrested while protesting a right wing group and also ran afoul of people protesting rape culture. Nothing says “Nazi Gloryhound” more than Non Jovi over here.

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Former Proud Boy-turned-Nazi Provocateur Jovi Val was arrested as he protested outside a conference held by Turning Point USA. Earlier, he and an associate heckled another event, the March to End Rape Culture (MTERC), which attracted the attention of antifa who recognized him and heckled him until his arrest.

Val, who’s real name is Giovanni Valle, and his associate, an anti-Semitic conspiracy theorist YouTuber from Columbus, Ohio named Shawn Jones, were in town to protest Turning Point USA Eastern Regional Conference, because, according to Val’s postings on Gab, the conservative organization was more supportive of Israel than the United States. While the two were on their way to the conference at the Marriott downtown, they came across the annual MTERC event, and heckled it with Val saying, “Men are victims too!” A few participants recognized him and confronted him and Jones.

The confrontation never escalated beyond verbal sparring and mocking, with Jones telling those confronting him that he did not want to engage aggressively because he had been accused of killing someone before, a possible reference to his 1999 arrest for manslaughter when after a fight with and 18-year-old Joseph Klotz at a Columbus intersection, he was alleged to have closed his car window on Klotz’s arm and drove off, dragging him until he was killed. Eventually Val and Jones went to the Marriott with antifa following and while there attracted a larger crowd opposing them. Both were holding anti-Semitic signs, one with the mugshot of recently arrested neo-fascist troll Dan “Jack Corbin” McMahon defaced with antifa decals as Val was holding it.

Police warned Val several times that he would be arrested if he did not leave Marriott’s property and stand on the sidewalk, but when Val refused to move, police handcuffed and led him to a waiting car. Jones was not arrested, but at some point someone hit him with a milkshake.

Val and Jones were together when they protested the Proud Boys in Washington, DC at their so-called Free Speech Rally on July 6. The Proud Boys ejected the duo when they promoted their anti-Semitic theories there.

Val has since been released and has spent the past several hours on Gab posting racist and antisemitic messages.
