The gospel of Gilead<\/a> was pretty much promoted by the ban abortion, “Make\u00a0 America Great Again,” and \u00a0White Nationalist crowd that assembled, all because they didn’t like how a State Representative called them names.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

PHILADELPHIA, PA \u2013 Calling it a \u201cPro-Life Rally Against\nBullying\u201d, hundreds flocked to the Planned Parenthood clinic at 12th and Locust\nstreets Friday after a state representative posted videos of himself sparring\nwith anti-abortion protesters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mid-day rally temporarily shut down a Center City block\nof Locust Street and snarled traffic near Jefferson Hospital, a sophisticated\nregional trauma center. In addition to some prominent religious and conservative\nanti-choice activists making speeches, a number of neo-fascists were spotted\nand even identified. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chants of \u201cUSA! USA! USA!\u201d were heard from the overwhelmingly white, middle age and older crowd. Many wore Make America Great Again hats and a member of the Christian Motorcyclists Association wore a jacket stating, \u201cJesus died for bikers too! Pray for the sons of God.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hey everyone! Meet Greg Christiano, board member of the Lehigh Valley Tea Party (LVTP) as he holds up a pro-Trump sign. Some of LVTP’s main efforts of late have been political actions in Southeastern Pennsylvania to “Build the Wall” on the Southern border, and in support of ICE and the Department of Homeland Security. But Christiano has run afoul of the law himself – in a really<\/em> bad way. In 1996, Christiano, 62, was arrested in Nassau County, NY on a 2nd<\/sup> degree charge of sexual conduct on an 8-year-old child and was convicted four years later. He was sentenced to probation for five years and is currently on the Pennsylvania <\/a>and New York<\/a> sex offenders\u2019 list.

Among the neo-fascist attendees of the rally was David Fanelli, the Identity Evropa\/American Identity Movement (AmIM) self-styled \u201cDirector of Operations\u201d who was recently revealed to be employed at Boeing<\/a>. Philadelphia GOP mayoral candidate Billy Ciancaglini, best known for founding a \u201cMen\u2019s Rights\u201d club at Temple University Law School, and who has a recent history of associations with the Proud Boys and Identity Evropa, attended as well. A number of attendees represented the pro-Militia \u201cThree Percenter\u201d campaign, not only at the rally, but also at a protest outside the office of pro-choice advocate PA Rep. Brian Sims, who was the target of the day\u2019s events after he posted videos of himself berating anti-abortion protesters outside the Planned Parenthood clinic<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Katlin Bennett, known for staging pro-gun demonstrations while a student at Kent State University while also promoting far right positions, was there as a correspondent for Infowars, the conspiracy theorist propaganda outlet run by Alex Jones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
