Paul “Gypsycrusader” Miller was sobbing as he was led away to do his sentence because he realized that ultimately the jokes on him!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

MIAMI, FLORIDA – Neo-fascist Paul Miller, who under the online moniker \u201cGypsycrusader\u201d made a name for himself harassing random people online with racist invectives while dressed as various characters, including the Joker and Riddler from the Batman comics, was led away sobbing after he was sentenced to 41 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to weapons charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to a release from the Department of Justice<\/a>, Miller, 34, was also ordered by U.S. District Judge Raag Singhal, who imposed the sentence, to serve three years\u2019 supervised release upon his release for possessing a firearm as a convicted felon in 2018, possessing ammunition as a convicted felon in 2021, and possessing an unregistered short-barreled rifle in 2021. Miller pled guilty to the charges in June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miller, is noted as a resident of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida but he was only there for a few months and had originally resided in New Brunswick, NJ over one of the two tarot card shop his mother owned. He had previously been convicted of three separate felony offenses in New Jersey but in January 2018 he took a live firearms training in Fort Lauderdale, Florida during which he fired a handgun, and then used the certificate of completion from this training to apply to Florida authorities for a concealed weapon license, falsely saying on the application that he had never been convicted of a felony. Florida authorities denied Miller\u2019s application due to his prior felony convictions. He was arrested<\/a> on March 2 after a federal grand jury returned an indictment in connection with Miller\u2019s 2018 conduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When police searched his home, they found an unregistered short-barreled rifle and hundreds of rounds of ammunition inside Miller\u2019s home. Miller admitted that he had bought the ammunition and that he had tried to build his own rifle in part to learn about firearms manufacturing in preparation for a coming civil war, which over the prior year he had been promoting as a member of the Boogaloo Movement. In a now-deleted video on Instagram he described the \u201cboogaloo\u201d as the second civil war in the United States that would come about when the right feels it could no longer win national elections due to changing demographics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
