According to news reports, Rana, who was living at Valley Royal Court on Fifth Avenue in New Kensington, was the target of an investigation by New Kensington police and the Westmoreland County Drug Task Force, the district attorney’s office said. Farabaugh and Miller was found in the apartment by police and charged with felony and misdemeanor drug charges while Siegworth was arrested when she was stopped driving a pickup registered to Ran and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

In 2020, Philadelphia Antifa posted a series of pictures of those who were associated with Keystone United, which at one time called itself Keystone State “Skinheads” (KSS). Farabaugh was posted under the name “Thor Farabaugh.” Another website called Fubar features an account that seems to belong to Farabaugh calling himself “keystonefightclub”. A photo of him wearing a shirt reading “KSS Supporter” can be found on the page.

Keystone United has not been as active as they were a decade ago, but its members have been associated in other fascist groups such as Pennsylvania Active Club. They have also been seen in mainstream politics as well. Steve Smith, one of Keystone United’s founding members, is currently a Republican committeeman in Luzerne County, having been reelected to a sixth term in April.

Farabaugh is currently being held in the Westmoreland County Jail.
