A few weeks ago we saw this crew in Princeton, NJ trying to post their stickers and after a…discussion…they left. This time they reportedly tried it again in Somerville, NJ and got snatched up by the cops.
SOMERVILLE, N.J. – Three reputed members of White Lives Matter – New Jersey, one that was identified as attempting to post the group’s stickers in Princeton the weekend before, were arrested on multiple misdemeanor charges when they reportedly attempted to post stickers near the Somerville Train station on Saturday, according to the Somerset County Prosecutor’s office.
White Lives Matter is one of the groups that initiated the violence at the tragic Unite the Right Rally in Charlottesville, VA in 2017.
According to a news release, a police officer observed three males later identified as Claudino G. Petruccelli, 22, of Wyckoff, New Jersey, Steve V. Koshlyak,34, of Delanco, New Jersey and Zackerji I. Ivanovic, age 41, Union Beach, New Jersey hanging stickers hanging stickers on the rear of designated posted parking and traffic signs in the Veteran’s Memorial Drive area. The officer who was joined by other officers approached the three individuals and arrested them for criminal mischief for placing stickers on Borough and State property.
Multiple sheets of stickers were found in the possession of all three defendants and Koshlyak was wearing blue latex gloves in an attempt to conceal his fingerprints while placing the stickers. After a search of his backpack it was discovered Petruccelli had a 12 ounce can of Phoenix pepper spray with dye, a violation of the legal limit to possess is .75 ounce. In addition to the criminal mischief charge, Petruccelli was also charged with fourth degree Possession of a Weapon while Koshlyak was given an additional charge of Hindering Apprehension. Koshlyak has a Driving While Intoxicated arrest in Mount Laurel, NJ dating back to 2014.
While police did not identify the nature of the stickers, on Nov. 20, four individuals were seen attempting to post White Lives Matter stickers one of them resembling Petruccelli who called himself “Jacob,” the leader of the NJ chapter of White Lives Matter until last week when he resigned for unknown reasons. There was a physical altercation initiated by “Jacob” with antifa that encountered them, including One People’s Project founder Daryle Lamont Jenkins, and they left immediately after.
All three were released on their own recognizance pending a Somerville Municipal Court Appearance.
