Portland Zeroes in on Local Boneheads

Portland has always been a hotbed of activity, so it is always good to see who is making things hot – and how to cool them down…

PORTLAND, OR – In the early morning hours of March 2 2018 a collation of Northwest Antifascist conducted operations along the I-5 corridor. Operations were held against 6 men who are instrumental in spreading the right’s message of hate.

The fascists targeted were Kynan Dutton of the National Socialist Movement, (NSM), who famously joined White Supremacist Craig Cobb in his failed attempt to turn Leith, North Dakota into whites-only enclave within the United States, Alexander Becker, AKA Mike Gainer of PDX Stormers, a group that regularly posts on the White Supremacist Daily Stormer, Jeffery Thomas of American Front, Joey Nations, an “Alt Right” organizer running for a Republican house seat, Leo Strantton of the neo-Fascist Patriot Prayer, and right wing “journalist” David Woods aka Fashy Chad – ex rapper turned white nationalist and protégé of Jimmy Marr, a local White Supremacist.

This mission was done to show the fascist that we are united against them, regardless of miles or imaginary borders. That we will stand against them wherever they are found, be it a college town, an apartment, house, or camping site.

Operations were also conducted in Corvallis Oregon, Salem Oregon, Portland Oregon, and Vancouver Washington.’

2025 is a milestone year and we want to give a huge THANK YOU to all of our supporters who have been in the trenches with us for the past 25 years. A lot of groups and people we have dealt with since we started are long gone: Richard Barrett, Matt Hale, the Minutemen and others! But we are still here fighting the good fight, contending with the new generation's version of hate politics. There are trying times ahead, but we believe our reality would be even worse if we did not come together to do this work.
