Bonehead Involved in Shooting After Richard Spencer’s Gainesville Event Indicted On Domestic Violence Charges

William Fears already has trouble after his brother Colton and friend Tyler Tenbrink shot at people in Florida, but Texas wanted him for allegedly choking his girlfriend! We must have said this in the past, but seriously. the Fash really need to concern themselves with their own crimes rather than sound the alarm about random Black people.

While Tyler Tenbrink and Colton Fears remain in a Florida jail awaiting their fate for their involvement in a shooting incident in Gainesville after a speech by White Supremacist Richard Spencer, Colton’s brother William is back home in Texas as the state indicts him on the charge of “Assault of Family Member – Impeding Breathing.”

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, the Harris County District Court handed down the indictment on February 20. The indictment notes that “the Complainant, a person with whom the Defendant had a dating relationship, by impeding the normal breathing and circulation of the blood of the Complainant by applying pressure to the Complainant’s throat.”

Reportedly the incident took place on Oct. 7, just days before the Fears brothers and Tenbrink went to Gainesville, Florida to hear Richard Spencer speak at the University of Florida. According to an affidavit filed in Harris County criminal court, Fears confronted a woman that evening at her home in Spring, Texas, northwest of Houston, and Fears, accused her of infidelity then slapped her, pulled her to the ground as she tried to get away from him, then squeezing her neck while pinning her down to the point that she gagged and vomited in her mouth. The woman was granted a protective order keeping Fears at least 200 feet from her at all times.

By the time a Texas judge issued the warrant for Fears’ arrest, he was already in a Florida jail along with his brother Colton and Tenbrink after the three provoked an argument with antifa after Spencer’s speech, during which Tenbrink got out of the silver Jeep with a gun with the Fears brothers urging him to shoot them. Tenbrink fired a single shot, but missed, the shot striking a nearby business behind the protestors. The three and one other person who was not charged, drove off in the Jeep where they were caught 20 miles north of Gainesville.

The Fears brothers are well-known neo-Fascist activists in Texas, and participated in the “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, VA last summer. Antifa had been confronting them well before the incident in Gainesville, even Tweeting a flyer about William Fears and his penchant for violence, that noted his past criminal convictions, including one from 2010 after he kidnapped and stabbed yet another girlfriend one year prior. The flyer even notes the Jeep that was used to flee the Gainesville shooting. William Fears also has a 2013 conviction for “felony offense of Sale or Transfer of Firearms”, while Colton has drug and traffic offenses on his record.
