We are guessing Walter Dille was getting stir crazy in prison, needed to get out for a little bit and this is the best way to do that, because otherwise this was a futile attempt in trying to walk on the murder he committed.

Walter Dille, the Atlantic City “Skinheads” (ACS) member serving life without parole for the carjacking and murder of a black woman in Hamilton Twp., NJ convinced an appellate panel that he must be resentenced on at least the 20 years he received on the weapons charge, but he will still remain in prison for the rest of his life.
According to the Press of Atlantic City, Dille, 44, appealed his case stemming from the Dec. 16, 2005 shooting of Cindy Cade as she went to buy tickets at a local movie theater, particularly making claims against Superior Court Judge Albert Garofolo’s ruling on issues during the trial. The panel ruled however, that the judge was correct in every instance, but the consecutive sentence of 20 years on the second-degree weapons charge exceeded the maximum sentence of nine years. The judges also ruled that the sentencing on murder should have been merged with the first count of felony murder, which is a death that occurs during the commission of another crime. “The state maintains that a life sentence without the possibility of parole was appropriate,” wrote the judges in their ruling
Dille, who is currently incarcerated at New Jersey State Prison, is one of two ACS members known to be currently serving time for murder. ACS is New Jersey’s largest and most violent hate group.
