Bonehead Serving Life Sentence Gets Resentencing-But Will Still Get Life

We are guessing Walter Dille was getting stir crazy in prison, needed to get out for a little bit and this is the best way to do that, because otherwise this was a futile attempt in trying to walk on the murder he committed.

Walter Dille, the Atlantic City โ€œSkinheadsโ€ (ACS) ย member serving life without parole for the carjacking and murder of a black woman in Hamilton Twp., NJ convinced an appellate panel that he must be resentenced on at least the 20 years he received on the weapons charge, but he will still remain in prison for the rest of his life.

According to theย Press of Atlantic City, Dille, 44, appealed his case stemming from the Dec. 16, 2005 shooting of Cindy Cade as she went to buy tickets at a local movie theater, particularly making claims against Superior Court Judge Albert Garofoloโ€™s ruling on issues during the trial. The panel ruled however, that the judge was correct in every instance, but the consecutive sentence of 20 years on the second-degree weapons charge exceeded the maximum sentence of nine years. The judges also ruled that the sentencing on murder should have been merged with the first count of felony murder, which is a death that occurs during the commission of another crime. โ€œThe state maintains that a life sentence without the possibility of parole was appropriate,โ€ wrote the judges in their ruling

Dille, who is currently incarcerated at New Jersey State Prison, is one of two ACS members known to be currently serving time for murder. ACS isย New Jerseyโ€™s largest and most violent hate group.

25 Years of Hate Having Consequences !

2025 is a milestone year and we want to give a huge THANK YOU to all of our supporters who have been in the trenches with us for the past 25 years. A lot of groups and people we have dealt with since we started are long gone: Richard Barrett, Matt Hale, the Minutemen and others! But we are still here fighting the good fight, contending with the new generation's version of hate politics. There are trying times ahead, but we believe our reality would be even worse if we did not come together to do this work. If you value the research and reporting that we have done at One Peopleโ€™s Project and Idavox- and you want to see it continue- we hope you will consider helping to keep our mission fired up.
