Arrested Patriot Front Member Was Out On Bail in TX After Allegedly Threatening His Hispanic Male Lover; So Why Was He In Idaho?

We are NOT kidding!! And he was allegedly going to attack a Pride event??? We have questions, Steven Derrick Tucker!

Court records in Dallas County, Texas reveals that Steven Derrick Tucker, who was arrested June 11 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho with fellow members of the neo-fascist group Patriot Front as they reportedly attempted to crash a Pride event there, was out on bail as he awaits trial on a charge of 2nd Degree felony assault with a deadly weapon. The charge stems from his arrest last year after he threatened a man who those records note he was dating.

According to news reports, Tucker, 30 was arrested August 14, 2021 for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection with a fight he had with his roommates at a house in Mesquite, TX where he threatened to kill one of them with a knife after they argued about washing dishes, prompting the other roommate to intervene. Court records for Dallas County case number F2141378, referring to Tucker as the defendant and the roommate as the complainant, reveal more about the relationship between Tucker and the roommate. “The said defendant has and has had a dating relationship with the said complainant and the said defendant was a member of the complainant’s family and household,” the indictment reads. While Idavox will not disclose the name of the roommate, it is Spanish in origin and is generally designated for males.

Tucker has been out on a 25,000 bail for several months and was most recently in court in April. Posting as “Don TX” on Patriot Front chats, he makes reference to his situation, notably the fact that he wanted to keep Patriot Front out of his it. “I’m out now,” he posted on Nov. 30. “I didn’t want to ask the org for help with a non org issue tbh. That could just be me stuck in an independent mindset. Plus the system kinda jerked me around with my communication efforts while inside.”

In early December, he noted how the conditions of his bail would not allow him to leave the state. “My legal situation is looking up but it’s a slow process,” he wrote. “I still can’t leave the state just yet.”

Tucker is one of 31 Patriot Front members who were arrested in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho as they attempted to march on a Pride event in the local park. The members were pulled out of the back of a Uhaul truck and arrested on charges of conspiracy to riot. All have since been released on $300 bond. Tucker no longer lives in Mesquite, but at the same address that two other Patriot Front members also reside. It is currently not know if he was allowed to leave the state or if his arrest would weigh on his legal situation.

Patriot Front is known for its opposition to the LGBTQ+ community as well as the Black and Hispanic communities. They often deface LGBTQ+ and Black Lives Matter murals across the country and promote a Whites only nation. Tucker was a Patriot Front member at the time of his Mesquite arrest.
