Totally Not Racist Ohio Proud Boy Attacks Black Woman While Calling Her Racial Slurs

Andrew Walls left, from Saturday night and right, in his capacity as a Proud Boy.

But the Proud Boys have a Black leader and Black members you say? Well, that just makes them the stupidest of all the Proud Boys!

AKRON, OH – A Proud Boy was caught on video attacking a Black woman while calling her racial slurs during a fight in the Highland Square neighborhood.

According to a Facebook post, Andrew Walls was fighting with a group of men Saturday evening while shouting the N-word. The video shows him stumbling away but he notices a Black woman shouting at him, responds “N—– bitch, shut your mouth,” before swinging at her. Someone immediately beats him for attacking the woman who suffered a busted lip. It is not immediately clear if there were any arrests made.

Walls was featured in a Record-Courier article from 2019 where he was identified as the Vice-President of the Akron/Canton chapter of the Proud Boys and was pictured talking to students behind a display of firearms during a pro-gun demonstration before an event for then-Presidential Candidate Beto O’Rourke on the campus of Kent State University. “We’re here to educate and talk,” Walls said in another article. “I think the tragedies we’ve seen from both the right and left totalitarianism shows you might need military grade weapons to keep yourself free.”

The chapter’s Telegram channel was started in 2019 and has not had a new post since last April. On it are posts ridiculing the idea that the Proud Boys are White supremacists. The video of Saturday’s altercation was shared by antifascist writer and director Tizzyent on social media.
