Next on the White Power Chopping Block: Patriot Front Associate Justin Milaszewski

Justin Milaszewski

Busted for posting Patriot Front stickers all over Haverhill, Massachusetts in June,  particularly at a flea market that showcased items sold by Black vendors! And he threatened to draw down on someone! He’s even gone old school with a Creativity Movement flag found in his room when police searched it! They are looking for two more caught with him on video! This is why we call them boneheads!

HAVERHILL, MD – When police searched his room and found the Patriot Front stickers they said were being posted all over town, Justin Milaszewski reportedly exclaimed, “One sticker and now I’m Hitler?”

But police found more than that, according to news reports. There was also a large flag emblazoned with the symbol of the Creativity Movement, the neo-Nazi organization that was rendered somewhat dormant when its leader Matt Hale went to prison in 2004 for conspiring to kill a federal judge. That matched the one found on stickers posted on the Universalist Unitarian Church of Haverhill.  There was also a money order receipt with the handwritten name of Thomas Rousseau, founder of the Patriot Front, the group that recently was routed by locals during a flash mob march in Philadelphia. Finally, they found a black Colt replica handgun, which turned out to be a BB/pellet gun, which would correspond with reports that a gun was used to threaten someone as White supremacist stickers were posted.

Milaszewski, 18, of 19 6th Ave., 2nd floor, was arrested Monday and charged with property damage for the purpose of intimidation and destruction/defacement of a place of worship, both misdemeanors. In addition, he was charged with defacing property, a misdemeanor, and assault with a dangerous weapon, a felony. This stems from two incidents taking place last month, one on June 21 at the church where Creativity Movement and Patriot Front stickers were affixed to their property, and another on June 27 the “Black & Brown Owned Outdoor Market” hosted by the Merrimack Valley Black and Brown Voices group in downtown Haverhill. FBI and State Police were there at his home when he was arrested.

At the market, a woman told police she and a male friend followed three men—one with a Nazi-type symbol on his T-shirt—and saw another place a Patriot Front sticker on a parked car parked on Merrimack Street. They were followed by the male friend to a nearby establishment where the man with the Nazi symbol, later identified as Milaszewski, noticed him and lifted his shirt to display a handgun in his waistband. As the men appeared to leave the parking lot in a red, older model pickup truck, that witness then went into the establishment and told the employees that there were several armed males outside that belong to a white supremacist group in the parking lot.

Over the Fourth of July weekend, the Texas-based Patriot Front attempted to have a flash mob march in Philadelphia, PA, which along with their stickering has been a stunt they have been known for. They ended up being routed by locals who happened upon the neo-fascist group who brawled with them and chased them until police stopped and detained them. It is not known if Milaszewski was with the group that evening.

Milaszewski was placed on full-time house arrest with GPS monitoring, only being allowed to leave his home for medical appointments. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for Aug. 24.
