Neo-Nazi throws his colostomy bag at two cops outside Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk & Rock ‘N Roll Steakhouse in Nashville. We could come up with something witty to say, but we are sure we can’t beat whatever it is you came up with!

NASHVILLE, TN – A neo-Nazi with a long rap sheet is in a Davidson County jail for six months after a May 1 incident where he allegedly attacked two police with his colostomy bag outside a restaurant owned by rock musician Kid Rock.

According to the affidavit, Nicholas Adam Newhart, 39, was drunk, holding a beer bottle and blocking an emergency exit door at Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk & Rock ‘N Roll Steakhouse at 221 Broadway. After the establishment security was unable to get him to leave they flagged down two police officers, and when they approached Newhart, the drunk bonehead pulled his colostomy bag from out of his pants swinging it at the officers who were sprayed with its contents. Newhart was taken into custody and on Friday pled guilty to two counts of assault on a police officer and charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct were dropped. Newhart was sentenced to six months in jail for the assault charges.

Newhart, who is originally from Oklahoma but has also lived in Mechanicsville, Va, has a criminal history in Davidson County going back to 2014, as well as a 2016 arrest near the Foothills Mall in Maryville, TN after “multiple complaints” of a man brandishing a knife and holding it to his neck. Newhart, who reportedly lived in the woods behind the mall, was said to have been intoxicated at the time. He also has a 2020 public intoxication arrest from Dothan, Alabama and a January disorderly conduct and theft arrest in Madison County, Alabama. He has a “1488” tattoo on his forehead as well as a Confederate Flag tattoo going across the back of his head. It is not known if he has been involved with any organized hate groups.

Kid Rock opened his Downtown Nashville restaurant in 2018. It was cited last summer for its lack of COVID-19 restrictions.
