Police: Augustus Invictus Forced His Wife, Children At Gunpoint To Go To Florida

Aug. 12, 2017: Augustus Invictus checks his phone during the "Unite the Right" rally in Charlottesville, VA where he spoke. This happened months after he was accused of assaulting a woman he was involved with. He currently faces assault and kidnapping charges stemming from an incident with his current wife.

Just a brief “this is why we call them boneheads” update on the case against the neo-fascist attorney to the White Power stars.

Details have emerged regarding the arrest of neo-fascist attorney Augustus Invictus and the incident that prompted the kidnapping, assault and weapons charges in South Carolina.

According to authorities in Rock Hill, South Carolina, Invictus forced his wife at gunpoint there on Dec. 12 to go back with him, along with their children, to Jacksonville, Florida. While there, she was able to escape with her children back to Rock Hill, where she met with authorities and filed a criminal complaint. When police learned Invictus was still in Florida, he was arrested Dec. 30 outside a gym at the Melbourne Square Mall in Melbourne, FL.

Invictus has had past  legal entanglements regarding violent acts against women in the past, most notably in 2017 where Orlando, Florida police reported a series of violent incidents against another woman he had a relationship with, including putting what she thought was a gun to her head. Charges were never filed in that case.

The Invictus for President You Tube channel, where he maintained a series of podcasts and videos, has been completely scrubbed of all content, but it appears elsewhere on the internet. Invictus remains in custody awaiting extradition in Brevard County, Florida, which should be complete within 15 days.
