Starting Tuesday for 38 days, he is Inmate No. 00625004!

Matthew Heimbach, the neo-fascist who recently saw his organization Traditionalist Workers’ Party (TWP) dismantled after he was arrested for assaulting his wife and father-in-law Matt Parrott, a co-founder of TWP who caught him having affair with Parrot’s wife, was sentenced to 38 days in jail after it was determined that the arrest violated his probation stemming from attacking a Black woman at a 2016 rally for then-presidential-candidate Donald Trump rally.

According to WDRB, Heimbach, 27,  was  ordered to serve that time after prosecutors asked District Court Judge Stephanie Burke to revoke Heimbach’s probation after he was was charged in March in Orange County, Indiana with misdemeanor battery and felony domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16. In July, he was fined $145,and ordered to attend anger management classes and sentenced to 90 days in jail for pushing and shoving University of Louisville student Kashiya Nwanguma who was protesting the event to make her leave the Kentucky International Convention Center, where the Trump rally was taking place. The jail time was suspended however and the judge allowed Heimbach to be discharged on probation provided not only that he take the anger management classes, but also have no additional criminal issues for a period of two years. Heimbach’s most recent infraction was nine months later.

Heimbach was taken into custody immediately and must serve all 38 days, which was part of a deal that includes a stipulation that the sentence is not an admission of guilt as he pled not guilty to the Indiana charges.

Prosecutors agreed on the reduced number of days in jail in order to ensure Heimbach was taken into custody Tuesday and will serve all 38 days at the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections.

Tuesday was the first public appearance of Heimbach since March, when after Parrrott and Heimbach’s wife, who is also Parrott’s stepdaughter, caught Heimbach attempting to sleep with Parrott’s wife, and Heimbach attacked Parrott who fled to a nearby Wal-Mart, and later after police arrived to their Paoli, Indiana home, assaulted his wife with their child nearby. As Heimbach was in jail for that case, Parrott, declared that “TWP is done” and shut down all social network presence of TWP with the exception of the YouTube channel, which seems to have all but two of its past videos remaining. Parrott hasn’t been heard from since March.

Heimbach can still could serve the remaining 52 days of his 90-day sentence if upon release he again violates his probation.
