Patrick Rogers has GOT to figure out a way to obtain a few more brain cells if he wants to go on in life better!

The Georgia couple who last week received a combined sentence of 35 years for terrorizing a Black child’s birthday party by brandishing guns waving Confederate flags and shouting racial slurs is getting some support from a member of the neo-Nazi Keystone State “Skinheads” who posted an online petition demanding their release.
Patrick Rogers of Williamsport, PA posted the petition on Change.org titled “Overturn the wrongful convictions of Georgia couple Kayla Norton and Jose torres (sic)” which is directed to Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal, the Georgia House and Senate, Donald Trump and Attorney General Jeff Sessions. In the petition, Rogers cites lack of evidence and biased testimony as reasons why the convictions should either be set aside or their sentences reduced. “Video submitted as ‘evidence’ doesn’t show the supposed weapon Mr. Torres brandished in a threatening manner,” Rogers wrote. “Also, there was ZERO physical contact by either Ms. Norton or Mr. Torres against any plaintiff’s! Only WORDS!”
According to Assistant District Attorney David Emadi, Norton and Torres were members of a group calling itself Respect the Flag, who had gone on a drunken, two-county rampage in pick-up trucks laden with Confederate battle flags through two Georgia counties over July 24 – 25, 2015, just weeks after the shooting of church parishioners in Charleston, SC by White Supremacist Dylann Roof. Respect the Flag threatened African-American motorists, yelling at them and walking up to one of their cars with a gun. African American shoppers at a Paulding County, Ga. Wal-Mart and at a convenience store were also threatened. When they happened on the birthday party being held in a park, members pulled out a shotgun and pointed it at the victims, using racial slurs and threatening to kill some of the party-goers including the children at the party. While no one was arrested that day – a decision on the part of Douglasville, GA Police that Superior Court Judge William McClain “inexplicable” and “a very bad mistake” – Norton and Torres were two of 15 that were eventually arrested and the two that received the harshest sentences after being convicted earlier in the month under a street gang terrorism law.
“The testimony alone, extremely bias and one-sided is what led to their convictions to the maximum extent of Georgia law and even further, with Judge William McClain adding an additional year,” Patrick Rogers continued. “Help bring true justice to this couple and their 3 children who miss their parents tremendously.”
The petition has already generated close to 2000 signatures at the time of this posting, but many of those signing the petition actually did so to voice their criticism of the petition even existing. “All you weirdos feeling sorry for these people know they pointed a loaded shotgun at children in a public park, right?” one signee asked. “By no means did they get this well deserved sentence just for their ignorant words- do your homework they’re dangerous maniacs.”
In an attempt to deflect charges of racism on his part, Rogers responded to the criticism by oddly referring to himself as being Hispanic, just like one of the convicted. “While I have received mostly positive feedback, some have attributed this petition with have racist motives (sic)!” he wrote. “I strongly denounce any such allegations as I myself and one of the wrongfully convicted is Hispanic. We must ALL set aside petty differences and see that WORDS alone should never lead to sentences comparable to some who MURDER!”
Before this assertion, Rogers has never shown nor has there been any evidence that he is of Hispanic origin. Rogers is a member of Keystone State “Skinheads”, also known as Keystone United, a White Supremacist organization. Rogers has also had a number of run-ins with the law ranging from assault to substance abuse.
This is not the only petition that Rogers posted on Change.org. Last summer, he called for a boycott of Lady Grey Jewelry after its owners sent a handwritten letter to Ivanka Trump informing her that the proceeds of a recent sale from her will go to the American Immigration Council, the Everytown for Gun Safety Organization, and the Hillary Clinton campaign. To date, only one person – Rogers himself – signed this petition.
Let them rot , it’s time for evil racist bigots to pay for the disgusting harm they cause …LET THEM ROT!!!
