Next on the White Power Chopping Block: Ronald Clarence Pulcher

An officer in Josh Steever’s Aryan Strikeforce couldn’t come to Saturday’s rally because he was locked up facing weapons and drug charges.

GALETON, PA – A member of the Aryan Strikeforce, with a lengthy criminal record was arrested and jailed on gun and drug charges last month.

According to the Olean Times Herald, Ronald Clarence Pulcher II, 34, of 19 Kline Road in Galeton, was one of four people that was arrested Oct. 26 when parole officers went to search for firearms. Pulcher’s girlfriend Michelle Header, 39 and her daughter, Ashley Header, 22 were on state parole and subject to random searches of their living space. When parole agents reportedly found marijuana plants in an upstairs bathtub, as well as guns elsewhere in the residence, both Headers were taken into custody for parole violations, as well as Pulcher who, according to court records, admitted that the firearms were his and that he spent 10 years in prison for an aggravated assault because he was “in a fight with a black guy and beat him up,” which would prevent him owning firearms legally. Ashley Header’s boyfriend Michael Durdan, who was in the residence at the time, was also arrested.

Pulcher served ten years for aggravated assault after he was arrested in a 2005 two-state high speed chase with police in which he fired a handgun during a road rage incident in Chester County, PA. The chase ended in Maryland when he drove into a bread delivery truck. Nicknamed “Dozer”, he has been involved in the White Power scene for over a decade in Pennsylvania, having been an associate of the now defunct American Thule Society in 2003.

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, Pulcher calls himself the “Aryan Strikeforce/Combat 18 Vinland Division President.” Aryan Strikeforce (ASF) is the group that was founded by Josh Steever after he was kicked out of the Aryan Terror Brigade, another group that he founded in 2009, while he sat in jail for making terroristic threats against an ex-girlfriend. ASF was associating itself with the National Socialist Movement-led umbrella group Aryan National Alliance that was formed in April united the NSM with Klan organizations and other hate groups. Within months, the Aryan Nationalist Alliance felt a need to rebrand, and on Nov. 5 they held a rally at the State Capitol in Harrisburg, PA to announce their new name, the Nationalist Front which now also includes the Traditionalist Worker Party, the group founded by Matthew Heimbach and Matt Parrott.

Stemming from his latest arrest, Pulcher was charged with conspiracy to manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; possession of a firearm prohibited; possession of a controlled substance; and possession of drug paraphernalia. He had a preliminary hearing on Nov. 4, the eve of the Harrisburg rally, and remains in Potter County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
