Gavin McInnes Caught With His Pants Down by Antifa During Virtual Meet Up; Declared Earlier He was ‘A N—– in 1950 in a mixed relationship’

It was a Zoom conference laden with racial slurs and misogyny, and crying about how badly things went for him in Penn State and New Jersey, and then antifa made things worse for the Proud Boy founder.

It was supposed to be a virtual meeting with Proud Boys founder Gavin McInnes and those who had VIP status for his VIP status for his “Cognitive Dissidents” comedy show tour and wanted to attend his ill-fated “comedy show” in Rutherford, NJ which was forced to relocate to a fascist-friendly venue in Long Island. To that end, anyone who logged on more than expected and quite possibly wanted the racism, antisemitism, homophobia and misogyny that made up the bulk of the event. What wasn’t expected was antifascists getting into the meeting and disrupting McInnes’ hate-filled diatribe at the end.

Less than twenty attendees were in the Friday the 13^th Zoom meeting and even fewer were part of the conversation. McInnes went into several issues such as his pending lawsuit against Rutherford whom he believes was responsible for his event there being shut down, how he believes he will fare well because he has Jewish attorneys, how some Proud Boys either on trial or have already been sentenced are receiving better treatment in court because they have or had Black spouses and how he is a victim of racism in his neighborhood, ironic given how he was routinely using antisemitic, homophobic and racial slurs against Asians, Hispanics and African Americans.

At one point, he spoke of how the brake lines of his car were allegedly cut and theorized that a drunk “liberal Jew Karen” was responsible for the deed. When one of the meeting attendees noted how safe his neighborhood was, McInnes rebuffed him suggesting that exceptions could be made in his case. “I’m a n—– in 1950 in a mixed relationship,” he said. “That’s my life. So if you want to talk about racism and how hard it is, I’m happy to tell you what it’s like. Like I’m a victim of bigotry. You don’t have to look up some old 1950s movies or talk about South Africa in the Seventies. I live it!”

It wasn’t long after this, as McInnes and his producer Ryan Katsu Rivera were closing out the event, that the strains of the Italian protest song Bella Ciao, long believed to be the anthem of the Italian Resistance Movement that fought the Fascists and Nazis during World War II and considered an anthem for antifascists today. It was heard briefly earlier in the meeting but no one noticed, but this time Gavin commented on the song being a disruption and didn’t realize what was going on until someone shouted, “Get fucked, fascists!” After McInnes realized that was what was said, he quickly had the person ejected.

The moment recalls a similar one last year when as the neo-fascist group Patriot Front held a virtual conference, someone began playing Bella Ciao, leading meeting moderator Paul Gancarz, who was using the name “Samuel Virginia” to urge everyone to log off immediately. Coincidentally, Gancarz was a onetime member of the Proud Boys using the name “Delta Ganz” in those days.

McInnes has yet to comment on the disruption or about any of the racist language he used. In addition to being chased out of Rutherford, NJ, a show with McInnes and right-wing troll Alex Stein was canceled at Penn State University after students and antifa turned out to shut it down.
